For nearly twenty-five years, Swan’s Landing has been Central Kentucky’s all-inclusive wedding and event venue, offering exceptional planning and catering services. We specialize in delivering gourmet cuisine, elegant linens, exquisite place settings, and stunning wedding and reception décor.

Swan’s Landing features a picturesque landscape adorned with a variety of arches and enchanting garden backdrops, making it an ideal location for photographers to capture those unforgettable moments. Our venue offers several unique outdoor settings for our couples to host their ceremony, including a large pond complete with a beautifully illuminated fountain and a spacious covered patio. Our facility accommodates up to 250 guests indoors, while our covered patio overlooking the pond can host up to 100 guests.

We offer three standard packages tailored to meet a variety of needs, with the flexibility to customize any package to suit your specific requirements. Our services extend beyond weddings; we also host corporate events, musical concerts, class and family reunions, birthdays, showers, and much more.

Below, you will find an overview of of our three packages, which provide insight into the comprehensive services we offer at Swan's Landing:

Regular Package 
Venue Rental: Enjoy access to our beautiful venue, complete with tables, chairs, and your choice of table linens.  

     -Rentals for 4 hours:

• Patio or Front Room: $450

• Large Ball Room: $650

• Bridal Suite: $300​​ 

​Important Notes:

-Minimum rental time is four hours from the start to end of your event, more time can be purchased upon request. 

-These prices do not apply to Saturdays, as those dates are exclusively reserved for full property rentals.

-All Saturdays from April through October are designed for complete venue rentals, however, Sunday afternoons present an excellent opportunity for hosting birthdays, showers, reunions, and other events!

Deluxe Package 

1. Rehearsal Dinner Options: We offer the option to host a rehearsal dinner at your request. Our meal packages average $29.95 per person (two meats, three vegetables, desert, and full setup/service). The rental fee for the front room or patio for your rehearsal dinner will be $300 for the duration of four hours. 

​

2. Exclusive Venue Access: On your wedding day, your bridal party and family and friends will have exclusive access to our property from 8:00 AM until five hours after your ceremony has concluded. 

​

3. Preparation Areas: Our spacious accommodations provide a comfortable setting for the bridal party to get dressed, meet with their photographer, and unwind before the ceremony. Both the bridesmaids and groomsmen will have their own designated areas for all of their pre-wedding activities. 

 

4. Ceremony Options: The (almost) newlyweds have serval picturesque options for their ceremony. Including three different arches in their own unique locations outside on our beautifully manicured landscape, or the option to host the ceremony indoors within our elegant facility.

5. Culinary Excellence: Our commercial kitchen led by Kathy Begley and Missy Mattingly, has been serving delicious cuisine for over 25 years. Once your deposit has been made prior to your wedding, we offer a complementarity tasting to help you select the ideal menu for your special day.

6. Alcohol/Bar Service: The venue adorns a beautiful fully licensed and insured bar with wonderful experienced, licensed bartenders to bring the fun to your event. We offer both cash-bar and open-bar options to perfectly suit your needs.

7. On-Site Floral Services: Our florist, Ralph Graham, brings over 40 years of experience and can provide exquisite bridal and reception arrangements.  

​

8. Music Partnerships: We collaborate with top-notch bands and DJs to provide exceptional music and ensure that your event stays on schedule.

Destination Package
-Our Destination Package encompasses all the expectational amenities of the Deluxe Package along with the following exclusive features: 

Lodging Accommodations: 

• Enjoy access to our on-site, fully equipped house which sleeps 14 guests, as well an adjoining apartment that sleeps 9 guests. You will have access to the property from Friday at 2:00 PM through Sunday at 2:00 PM (times may be changed upon request). This provides a full 48 hours of convenience and comfort.
